Does anybody else's boobs look like this or have the same problems?

Both pictures look different by a little. Everybody has one boob bigger than the other but since I'm a 38D mine are really noticeable and plus one nipple is bigger than the other. But my nipples are also flat and don't pop out and don't get hard like ever. Anybody else have this problem? I hate them
