TMI!! Belly button

So I have always had a very deep belly button, and today I was just touching my belly ( near the belly button ) and I lifted my hand and it just staaaankkkk . I was confused at first then I just put the tip of my finger in my belly button and I sniffed it and sure enough it was coming from there. Anyone else been thru this? Why is his happening ? 25 weeks preg
