My best tips :)

A) use a black liquid eyeliner with a brush. (The bottle that is in brush form)

B) always shake the bottle for a few seconds so it is easy to apply.

C) make sure there isn't too much product on the eyeliner brush by wiping it off as you take it out of the bottle.

D) start at the beginning of your eyelid (very close to your top lash line) and use the tip of the brush to draw a thin line.

E) always go slowly!

F) draw dotted lines (separate the lines) all the way until you reach the end of your eye.

G) finally, get some more product (and wipe off) on eyeliner brush (if u need to).

H) For the WING part, start at the end of your eye and slowly draw a straight line at a 45 degree angle.

Now, here is the important part...

You now want to CONNECT the dotted lines you created slowly. Drawing the eyeliner SMOOTHLY acrosss your lid CONNECTING all the dotted lines.

After you connected all the dotted lines there are TWO more steps. You can do this! :D

I) You want to meet the winged liner "Half-Way" there. What do I mean by that? I'll tell you.

J) Connect the LINE on the END of your eye....to the MIDDLE of the WING. (The wing is the 45 degree angled line I told you to create earlier!)

K) LAST TWO STEPS!!

One: Fill in the wing part CAREFULLY

Two: let it dry and then take a clean concealer brush and some concealer and slowly straighten and clean up the winged edges. And pat (DONT RUB) with your ring finger to make sure it gives you a clean line.

You're Finished! TA-DA!

You have officially created A CAT EYE WINGED EYELINER!
