When do I ovulate? 4 apps don't quite agree.

I gave all 4 the same information.
Glow says April 30 - May 6
Ovia says April 30 - May 5
Clue says May 1 - May 6
Kindara says May 4 - May 8

Apps can't tell you when exactly you ovulate, they are just predictions. If you really want to know you need to do things such as temping/ovulation tests.

You can also calculate the day that you're most likely to ovulate. If you check how many days your average cycle is, it'll tell you what day you're most likely to ovulate on, if you have a regular period. 
I have a 26 day cycle on average, and i ovulate on the 12th day. That's the exact day I had sex, and I'm pregnant.

Apps are just apps. Nothing scientific. You would/should use opks if your really wanting to track when you ovulate.
