Hard time to conceive

I'm taking medicine for my thyroid and my stomach right now, do you think should I have to take in consideration that probably the medicine that I am taking right now is part of the reason that it's being hard to get pregnant? With my first child was totally different I got pregnant so fast, and I wasn't taking any medicine that moment... I have been trying for 6 months! And nothing! Its so weird and frustrating... What do you think?
