Hope is pregnancy

hi! I'm 13 days late and lately I have feeling sleepy, nauseous, moody, a weird sensation in my lower belly and also my boobs are killing me. I don't know if is PMS or If it's too soon to take a pregnancy test. I'm so excited my Hubby and I really want that baby. Which symptoms did you had?
