Is celestial seasonings caffeine rasberry zinger tea with other natural flavor such as raspberries and rasberry leaf good while TTC?

You want red raspberry leaf tea to help TTC. The tea in that zinger stuff is not really the same. Try the health food stores and look for an organic brand, it will say for reproductive health.

My RE said to be careful of herbal teas because they simply haven't done research on them. In my opinion, it should be fine!

I just started raspberry tea, the maker is Yogi. I can't say if it's made any difference because I just started, but it does taste good:) I've read good things about its effects.
