Sharp pains?

I'm 20 weeks tomorrow and I keep getting these sharp pains in my belly. I feel the baby move then these pains happen. Anyone know what it could be?

Sounds like round ligament pain to me, especially if it's fleeting :) Probably nothing to worry about!

I was getting pains a few days ago like cramping but was told its round ligament pain

Yes it is very painful sometimes when my baby moves.  Also if I move too quickly when I turn over in bed.  I get sharp pains in my lower stomach. My doctor told me it is stretching and ligament pain.  It really scares me sometimes.  I hope that is all it is. I don't remember it in my other pregnancies.   It's quite uncomfortable.
