Please help with my chart and ovulation!
Here is a picture of my chart. I was sick during my supposed to be fertile week so I don't think I ovulated then. I am wondering if I may have ovulated yesterday on CD 19. The day before that on CD 18 I had a lot of lower abdomen cramping, and then last night I had some cramps only on the left side kind of under my hipbone and felt like it was deep in my hip bone if that makes any sense. It was a mix between a doll cramp and a pinching every now and then and lasted for a couple of hours. Would today's temperature be considered a temp shift? Also I had a super close to positive OPK on Friday. But I marked it as negative because I wasn't sure. Low back pain all day.
