Telling my son

So my son has been asking for a brother or sister for years. This is my 6th pregnancy (Miscarrages ectopics and chemicals) and looks like this one is on the right track. First ultrasound is Monday.

My son is 10 and I'm trying to come up with an awesome way to tell him.
