Hoping to Adopt (Critique our Binti profile!)

My husband and I have been looking into adoption since our son's stillbirth in Jan. 2015, as pregnancy isn't a safe option anymore. Our application was accepted by both the Gladney Agency here in TX and Lifetime Adoption. We meet all the requirements and one of the adoption counselors there told us we were "the perfect adoptive family." We even have the nursery set up, car seat in the car, the house stocked with loads of baby gear, and even an adoptive family support group/play group. I've switched to working from home in the evenings so I can be a SAHM. The problem is the cost. If you add in absolutely everything, all fees and incidentals, it comes close to $50k, and there's no installment/payment plans. About $30k is required upfront before you get placement. We make decent money--obviously, or the agency wouldn't have accepted our application--but we have no idea how we can do this financially. The agency suggested private loans and credit cards, but that seems financially irresponsible to me. We would rather do a private adoption, as we already have a lawyer in mind, but how do we find a birth mom?
