help 😖

so all of the sudden my vagina has started itching and it won't stop! I've put cream on it but nothing works. I'm sexually active (if that helps) I also have white discharge but it doesn't really have a smell. I know you're gonna say go see a dr but I don't have the money to see one so anything helps!!
