Shots and/or surgery...

Okay lady's I was in an accident last year and finally after 8 awfully painful months I'm now being told I might need surgery to my spine from my injuries. The doctor wants to try nerve blocking shots but if that doesn't help at all then surgery. My boyfriend is a Marine and I cannot tell him because of where he is there won't be contact for a few more weeks with him (month without any contact from each other) I'm so afraid and need support. I'm only 20 and feel so scared... Please pray for me that the shots work and I heal and if not that surgery will go great.
