Postpartum recovery tips!?
I'm 6 months pregnant, ftm. I'm the type of person that absolutely hated not feeling like myself and not being able to do things I should be capable of doing! I like to try all kinds of things (usually avoiding medicine and what not) to give me energy, make me feel better and recover quicker from anything! What's your tips?? Any special foods/drinks/supplements that helped with recovery? Bath remedies? Or things I can do to ease the recovery symptoms - lots of people have been telling me about padsicles! Any post partum tips welcome!
