Has anyone used a manual breast pump?

Mostly referring to Medela Harmony Manual

I plan to breast feed most of the time, but my husband wants to be able to feed the Cub when he gets off work. Which I don't mind at all. So I don't want to spend too much money on a breast pump I'm only going to use a little. I guess my question is, has anyone used this one, or a manual one in general, and do they work? I don't care how long it takes, I'm a SAHM as of now, so I have the time.

My friend uses one with her baby. She said she actually prefers it because she can better control the speed/frequency of pumping compared to when she used an electric with her first. She will pump about 5-6 ounces in just a couple minutes!

I have used it, and also preferred it over an electric pump for infrequent use. Very portable and less hassle than dealing with all the parts that come with an electric. I believe my insurance covered this one, you may want to ask yours.

My sister used this brand and I used a different one, but we both loved the manual ones! Highly recommended!

Totally worth it, I pump once every day with it and then have a electric for when I'm in school. But for about once to twice a day, it's great! Doesn't really tire my hands out.
