Best way to organize nursery ?

Question

FTM and overwhelmed with how much clothes I have for little man already , I'm organizing the nursery and trying to figure out the best way for clothes .

Should I only leave out new born ? 
And then pack the rest away according to months , and pull them out as needed
 
Or

should I leave out new born,  0-3 , and maybe 3-6?

I just don't want clutter and want it to be as easy as possible to organize ... Personal experiences ? What's the best way to organize these mountains of clothes I have ! ?

When mine were littles, I kept out 0-6, and packed away the rest. Advice: put an empty bin in the closet and keep it there for all the clothes they grow out of over the months. When it gets full, pack them away to save for another, donate, or sell and restart wth the empty bin. In my experience, an outfit will fit one day and not the next! Mine are now 7 and 9 and I still do this. Saves a ton of time and we don't have to have a major closet overhaul all that often, since we are getting rid of too small clothes right away.

I literally just did this this morning! I was overwhelmed and called my mom over to help! I have little hanging cubbies in the nursery closet so I separated the newborn, 0-3, and 3-6 in the cubbies. I hung up special shirts, but otherwise folded all of the onesies and stored them according to size. I also got a closet expander and have the 6/12 month stuff hanging on there because I have nowhere else to put it.

I left newborn and 0-3 out. My baby was 6 pounds and at 2 months is still in newborn.

As a ftm I learned less is more. The more "stuff" you have the more stress. Babies don't really need a ton ;)

For now I've got my sons clothes hung and separated according to sizes or put away in a dresser according to sizes not knowing how big my baby will be I wanna be careful

I hung up all of his clothes pretty much but separated by size and put newborn and 0-3 and 3 months all pretty much together. I separated them the same way in the dresser. You could probably store away the 6 months clothes for now.

My baby is 6 weeks old. When she was born she weighed 7 lb 10 oz and was 19 inches long. Currently she's about 10 lbs and 23 inches long. She surprisingly still fits in some of her newborn outfits...I've discovered that they range in size. So I have a easy to reach drawer under her changing station that has newborn and 0-3 month clothes, mainly onesies. The other sizes I arranged in order and are hung up in her closet. I'll transfer those to the drawer and take the newborn ones out as she grows. Hope this helps!
