Ruptured cyst possibly?? I need help. Doctors office wasn't much help when I called

I've had ovarian cysts before and know the pain. Well Saturday I had that pain. I had pain Sunday Monday Tuesday then Tuesday I started bleeding it was really light and I'm not due for my period till Friday. So I called my gynecologist talked to the nurse. She said it could either be a ruptured cyst or implantation bleeding. The only thing she said if it is ruptured there's nothing they can do if it is just if I'm in a lot of pain go to the Er.   today the bleeding is heavy. If any of you lady's have had ruptured cyst what's normal for after it happens and did your doctor want to see you. I feel like mine kinda just brushed if off as its nothing. I can't even bend over at the waist without being in pain.
