Husband/daddy stitch?!

I just learned about the husband/daddy stitch and I cannot get over it. I was asked "Will you get that stitch?" And my reaction right after "please don't ask me about my vagina in the workplace" was "wait, people care about that?!?"

If you don't know, it's when they add a little extra stitching after birth to tighten you up. The point of which is to make sex more enjoyable sooner for your husband.

Am I the only one who finds this appalling?! The LAST thing I am going to be worried about at that point is my husbands boner. I love him, but seriously, I just pushed a human out of me and everyone's concern is how sexy I will be for the dude who out the kid in me in the first place?!?

This is just creepy. Every day I learn something new and horrifying.

I have never heard of this! That is ridiculous to even be apart of the birthing experience. If my doctor ever asked me that after I just pushed a baby out I would have kicked him in the face.

Technically it just makes the skin tighter not the muscle. So it would not be tight for long. Kegels ladies.

My husband would never suggest this - but if he or anyone else brought it up,  I would probably respond by saying something like "Oh no, if husband wants things more snug, it's up to HIM to get thicker down there."

Haha that's funny I've never heard of it but I definitely know a lot of women would go for it even though it's not on our top agenda  after birth to be thinking about that but a lot of women do worry about that even though they just pushed a human out of their vag lol

I've NEVER heard of that. Andddddd, I'd hit him with a right hook if mine ever asked me that. How dare him. I'd be appalled, personally. lol. I gave you a child, a living breathing human being. And your going to ask me to "tighten" my vagina? 😳😳 I've had 2 kids so far and haven't had any complaints about it being "loose" at all. So I wouldn't worry about that to much.

I've never even heard of this! I've had 4 kids and everything's been perfectly fine down in those regions for sex 😂 I only had stitches with my first. Just do your kegals 😂

One of my friends said they did it for her! I personally would not choose any extra stitches on my coochie :(
