What does/will your baby sleep in?

Question

I have a crib that we might convert to a cosleeper or a fisher price day and night play yard that has an inclined sleeper like the rock and play, or should I get a rock and play too? And also should I get a swing and a rock and play? Or just one or the other? I'm so confused there is so much stuff out there! What are you guys doing?? Thanks 😁

Pack n play in our room for the first 3ish months then to her room in the crib

We got a pack n play that has a changing attachment and bassinet attachment on the top. So he can be in our room for the first 3mths then off to his crib he goes!

I have a bouncer - can be moved around my house including into the bathroom for showers and when she gets in with me I just pick her out of it and take off her diaper, a swing - stays in living room, we had a basinette for when she was smaller she slept in the during naps and at night, now we have a crib for naps and night time and she will occasionally sleep in bed with me. When she's sick she can't breathe well when she sleeps so we're currently moving between her crib, the bouncer, the swing and the couch. Depends where she is when she falls asleep is where I leave her.

Pack and play in our bedroom until we move him to his crib.  We got a Mamaroo for during the day.  I've read mixed reviews so hoping he likes it.  Also, we took a Baby Essentials class and the instructer (who's an RN, among other things) said that baby shouldn't sleep anywhere expect a firm, flat surface.  We had planned on him sleeping in the Rock and play seat that comes with our pack and play (my best friend's daughter did this for 6 months) but she said its a big no, no.  Anything with an incline can obstruct their wind pipe if the head falls forward or to the side so flat on the back is the best way for them to sleep.

The first two months I used a snuggle nest that you put in the bed with you. Best thing ever! It played music, heart beat, and it came with an insert to put under the mattress so baby can sleep in a little bit of an incline. The great thing with the snuggle nest is that I could take it out in the living room for naps and when it was time to transition to the crib I put the snuggle nest in the crib for a few nights for a really easy transition :)

They make a rock n play that automatically rocks - if you get one I would suggest it. But my baby prefers his swing more than it.

Try to keep them in the crib as best you can. I mad the mistake of letting my dtr sleep in a swing until 12 months and she never got into her crib. Now even at 3 yrs she sleeps in her bed but is a terrible sleeper!
