Getting so paranoid, anyone notice me please read this. I am pregnant?

Please answer this, every week of the end of the month is my fertile window and I am not sure if it's my ovulation day since we deed we are both virgins no penetraion just rubbing/grinding, kissing, oral and touching each other. Within 48 hrs I took an ECP. After 14 days I had a PT it's negative in the next day I had a bleeding with blood clots on the day I had it, it is  a week that my cycle to have a period. My period lasted 3 days and 2 days light-very light.

My problem is I don't know if it's a Withdrawal Bleeding or a real period, what is the differences and what color the WB looks like? 

Do you think the bleeding I had is a period?

 I am get to be pregnant on that situation? 

Please everyone, please help me. That's a big mistake thay I had in my life. I'm so paranoid.
