TRYING TO CONCEIVE AFTER NEXPLANON

I had nexplanon removed in March, it's now May and we just started ttc. Going to wait 2 weeks to take a pregnancy test. I'm nervous because of all the bad stories I've heard of people ttc after nexplanon and either not getting pregnant for months or getting pregnant and having a  miscarriage.... Any one have any good experiences of conceiving after nexplanon? Something to help me stop worrying and realize I will most likely be okay? :)
