Chia seeds?

Are chia seeds safe to get during pregnancy? I've been doing research and have found mixed responses.

As long as your not sitting there with a spoon and eating it out of a bag like it was ice cream your fine!
I mix it in foods and smoothies all the time.
I also have a drink called " mama chia" it's delicious.. and soooo good for you.

What concerns are there for eating chia seeds??? I've never heard of any issues with chia seeds but ANY food can cause issues if you eat them in excessive quantities- just use moderation.
