Hello!just wondering if there are any vegans out there:) and no!this post is open to anyone not just vegans :D just wondering while I'm sitting in bed with these bad cramps!

I am vegan!! My periods have gotten lighter and shorter since going vegan and that seems to be the common consensus :)

Not vegan, but I know you lose a lot of nutrients during your period that can leave you anemic. Maybe try iron supplements?

my cramps got better after going vegan & my period is lighter and shorter! if youve ever had iton deficiency in the past i'd recommend taking a supplement while on your period, but if you've always had normal levels of iron and are eating a varied diet with lots of plant-based iron, you should be fine! what exactly is your question on this post?
