False positives?

Has anyone taken the Maternit21 test and it came back with a false postitive not once but twice? I took it once and they said it showed increase increase in chromosome 21 and recommended I retake it. The 2nd one just came back with the same results. I am guessing that's not likely and are little one probably has Down syndrome but I was wondering if others experiences.
