3-5 month old sleeping patterns

Anyone else's babies who are 3-5 months old not sleeping through the night? My son is 4 months and is still waking up after 3.5-4 hours (first stretch) and wanting to eat. He literally gulps down an entire bottle so I know he is hungry because a paci just doesn't cut it. After he goes back down he continues to wake up every two hours ish and wants his paci put back in. I haven't slept solid in 4 months and I know he needs his sleep too. I feel like I'm to blame a little as I respond and give him his paci but it's that or he cries harder and will wake himself up more. Kinda stuck. Seeking advice !
