Dizziness and nausea 1 week after giving birth?

Not sure if it's the last of sleep or the antibiotics I'm on for a bladder infection but I have been getting many dizzy spells and have almost no appetite along with some nausea that comes and goes. I delivered vaginally. Anyone else experience this?

I forgot to say that I feel much better when I drink enough water, eat enough and eat healthy!

I'm sitting in my chair right now and the room is just spinning because I'm so tired but there's no point going to sleep when milkball is gonna be up any minute to eat again! Make sure you're staying very well hydrated too. I've noticed when I forget to drink water I get woozy and hot and sick to my stomach really easily.

It could be due to you not eating enough. Giving birth is exhausting and uses up your energy stores - make sure you are eating enough! I was so lightheaded from the lack of sleep, breastfeeding an need for food. Drink plenty of water as well

I'm 1 month pp and it happened to me. Your body is just getting back to normal. Make sure you're eating and drinking enough and still take your prenatals. Get as much sleep as you can!
