Cause for concern?

So I have a very non chalant- I don't give a shit doctor. Nothing concerns him even though I am high risk due to heart issues and preterm labor with my son who just turned 1 and they discovered I had preeclampsia 3 days after I had him . I'm 35& a half weeks so I got pregnant soon after he was born. So that adds another worry. And I'm already 2cm dilated with constant but irregular contractions. But my question is I've been measuring a week ahead for a month and now baby is measuring two weeks ahead and doc said he's going to be a big baby. And I feel as if I'm carrying a 10 pound baby compared to my son who only weighed 6lb 13oz. Wouldn't it be a normal protocol to do an ultrasound to make sure there's no extra fluid or anything serious? He literally does not give a damn about anything that's happened with me so far so I'm not surprised. But with me being a high risk patient it just irritates me
