Please help me write an email to my boss re: return to work/schedule
Hey guys, 30 weeker premie mom here. We have been back home from the NICU for 2 weeks now and have 3 more weeks together before my maternity leave ends. I'm so scared to leave her.
She's still so little and needs a lot of help with feeding and it's just too early to send her to daycare. :(
I need some help asking my boss for more time with her or for the opportunity to work from home a few days a week, but I'm not sure how to ask or propose this. I'm not even sure how to start off my email to him. Please help.
Has anyone else been through this and can you offer your help? I'm so nervous about this and could use any input
