Bad gas pp

I'm 8 weeks pp.. N facing severe gas n bloating no matter what I eat... I feel so terrible n embarrassed as I'm not able control farting( they are loud and sometimes stinky too :( either..it's gets worse in evenings n nights...tired eliminating dairy but no help...I'm exclusively breastfeeding and my little  one is also very gassy.. I feel so bad about it whenever I see him in pain n uncomfortable with gas.. Anyone experienced this? Any advice/ tips please :(
