Getting fit.
I have been on a journey to getting to my goal weight for a few years, two years in a row I became pregnant. I am 16 days pp and also had the tubaligation done the day after delivering. I am no longer bleeding and my incision is fully closed and all of the glue has come off on its own. When can I start working out again and doing core exercises?
