Do early contractions make you feel like you have to go to the bathroom?

I keep getting a cramp-y feeling on both my lower back and front of my pelvis & every time I do, I start feeling like I have to either poo or pee. I'm 39+2. I don't really know if I'm timing them right cause sometimes the cramp-y feeling around my whole lower midsection lasts like 2 minutes. I didn't think they were supposed to last that long

For those that want to know what contractions feel like, yes, contractions make you feel like you have to poop or pee and can't. It should wrap around to your back and your pelvis.

Both times I went into early labor, it felt like my period was about to start.  If they get stronger then you know it's the real deal.  Good luck!

When contractions start they are very irregular at first and it's confusing. But the bathroom pressure is a great sign that they ate pushing baby down. Eat a bunch of pineapple and see if it helps bring on ur labor
