Cooking good meals

I need help in what to buy that'll help me stay healthy and fit. I usually eat a good healthy meal twice a week and it's the same meals. I need new recipes. I work out about 5x a week and running everyday for 5-6 miles. It's hard in what to choice to eat, plus my work schedule is no help at all I get home late one day and I have to open the next day but, it makes me to lazy to cook because I go work out once I get home, we eat very greasy food at work and the  salad, fruits, etc. is always old or out of date. I just need recipes and ideas in what to cook for dinner and take for lunch to work.
