What is this

Looks like a rash, have you changed anything recently like lotion, laundry detergent, fabric softener, even a body spray could all cause a slight allergic reaction and cause a rash

I changed my laundry detergent about a month ago, and I was at the beach this past weekend and put on sunscreen. But this just popped up like two days ago. Could it be a delayed reaction? 

Maybe a heat rash?
