Ovarian cyst or pregnancy

Ok freaking out. Last Friday i went to er thinking i was having gallstones. Gad a ct done and the found a cyst. Sent me home to follow up with my gyno. I have been vomiting and nausea for two weeks. I am on heart burn meds and two different anti nausea meds to keep some food in. If I eat anything at all I get nausea and very bloated. (I look 6 mts pregnant ). I have every pregnancy symptom in the book. My last period was 24 days ago. I am currently bleeding again. My cycles are normally 35-40 days. I have Googled everything and I am totally freaking out. I am worried that it could be ectopic pregnancy or even cancer. Anyone have anything like this. And yes I also have PCOS. I feel like anything is possible. I had two negative pregnancy test lasr Friday.
