Little bit blood from nipples

Hi everyone

As i was done taking shower i noticed my left nipple was bleeding. Blood wasnt coming from inside but it seemed like if the niplee were dry or got tiny cut. I was using a razor but it didnt touch my breast area at all. I had to keep it under cold water for abt a mint or two and it stoped bleeding..shud i be worried or tell my doc?
