Acne after getting off the pill? Help!😖

Hey girls, I'm 32 and had been on bc for around 2 years, got off 2 months ago (this is my second "clean" cycle) and my face is just killing me! I have acne and this little bumpy pimples in places I've never had before even as a teenie. And not only before period, it starts around the end of ovulation and calms down after the period, which is, almost most of the month! 😭

Did something like this happen to any of you? How long can it last?

Any remedies? Vegan/natural/homemade if possible.
