Former military SOs

My husband was in the navy for 20 years (he's 8 years my senior) but has been out since December. Lately, I've been having these horrible nightmares he's going to deploy and leaves that very day. All i can do is cry and say "i didn't know, I'm not ready". I also have dreams where we're back in san diego and he's standing in his uniform and a panic washes over me. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it go away? Even though I know it's just a dream, it ruins my day 😢
