What would you do?

Me and my fiance have been saving up to live together i saved my part he hasnt i have no idea what hes been doing with his money i see weed nd bills  but ive been saving for months. We make the same amount nd have the same amount of bills. Idk if he smokes way to much or just bad at handling money. Almost everytime he gets paid ive been asking so can we buy atleast one thing here nd there but hell tell me he doesnt have the money. We move in and july which is still a good enough time i jus rather not rush to biy at once or wait til the last minute. Im just wondering should i continue to wait a little longer or just start shopping on my own the only reason why i havent started is because i didnt want him to think i got everything taken care of while he continues to slack. My mom keeps calling saying she found things for us nd i have to make up an excuse cause i dont want her thinking he cant provide. Im 20 hes 25 its his first apartment
