Sleeping Positions
I am currently only 11 weeks. I have always been a back sleeper. I know right now I'm fine but I'm trying to break the habit. I try my hardest to sleep on my sides...I even have a body pillow in between my legs. Every single time I wake up, I'm on my back. I feel like there is a brick in my stomach when I am on my side..probably all of my bloat 🙈. My neck, shoulders, and stomach get so uncomfortable. I try to push through it but I end up on my back. I'm wondering if anyone has advice to help me stay on my side. Thank you in advance! :)
