Ok, so I work with a women who is 14 weeks pregnant. I am stuck doin her job because she is pregnant and is using it to he advantage. My boss is giving in to it and now all she does is sit in the office with him. So I'm doing twice as much work. I am friends with her, actually best friends. I talked to her and tell her how much more stressful things have been and that she needs to help out. Keep in mind, we have an office job. No lifting... Would you talk to HR? I don't want to be the one complaining but she says her job is "too stressful". I mean, really? The job WAS easy until I am doing her work while she sits on the computer on Facebook and plays games in the supervisors office. I hate when people use pregnancy to their advantage. I was doing landscaping and farming up until I went into labor... SMH
