I have anxiety without depression and I am so thankful for that. I read something somewhere that was a great way to explain to people how anxiety feels. It said that when you're on the verge of an attack it's that same feeling of panic when you miss a step going down the stairs except it doesn't only last a few seconds it can last hours and can occur daily. I'm glad that you can use art as an outlet. It's nice to be able to have something that you can focus your energy on.
