Is Claritin safe?

My allergies are killing me and I read online that Claritin is ok to take but still kinda nervous. Can't call my dr since it's Saturday.

Have u tried the Neti pot?  I have terrible allergies too but won't take any medicine for it. Washing my nasal passages helps a lot. I use a nasal saline gel also so that my nose stays hydrated and pollutants don't find their way into my body as easily.
