Does anyone have any experience giving up dip or have a significant other who has. My husband has dipped for 6+ years and has decided to quit. Any tips to help ease the symptoms? Or any idea when he will get back to his usual self he is pretty grumpy and short tempered, which isn't really like him. I'm so proud of him for trying to get healthy, just want to help.any way I can!
