Workouts TTC/1st trimester

I know if you're a seasoned gym goer, you can continue @ current level while trying & while pregnant (up to a point). I had a recent MC & I know it wasn't in my control but then I think, do I really need to do 300+ minutes of high impact cardio a week when I'm TTC/pregnant? If there's anything I can control this time around, I want to do it!
