A glass of milk seems to work miracles for me, but ONLY when I'm pregnant. It NEVER works for me otherwise. It may be worth a shot for you to try (if you haven't already).

This happened a lot during my first pregnancy. I needed to go to the historical 4 different times for IV fluids... Luckily this time I've only had it once and didn't need to go in since I was able to keep water down at least.

I feel you! Elevate your head/chest in bed and think about adding Zantac or Prilosec to your daily regimen to prevent acid.

My heartburn has gotten worse and worse. Couple weeks ago I had this problem twice. I take tums almost every day and finally added Pepcid to control the acid.
