Home birth supply list
What types of supplies are you gathering for your home birth? My midwife sent me a very short list but I would like to make a bag to have at our house just in case the baby comes earlier than expected and we can't drive to her place. We have a house rented for the birth for one month but it is 3.5 hours away, (close to hospitals and our midwife) and we live pretty isolated up on a mountain. I just want to be ready for anything.... So what's on the list that your midwife gave you?
Also, has anyone had an unassisted birth? If so, can you share your experience?
