Mirena IUD

Have a question to who has Mirena and has the same issues and what i should expect.. 2 weeks after getting it inserted im still bleeding. It started out heavy and was heavy for a week then went to light. (Heavy as to soaking a S+ tampon in an hour) Stopped for 1 night and when i woke up this morning i had a clot and it went back to heavy. I felt for the strings and i can feel them. I have pelvic bone pain on my right side but its not horrible. Just throbbing type of pain. I just want to know if this is normal or should i worry?? How long will this bleeding last?? Is there anything i can take prescribed or not that will stop the bleeding??
