Advice for TTC for the first time!?!

I have stopped taking birth control exactly a week and a day ago today.. I have been on it for 2-3 years, before stopping.. But I wasn't always consistent with taking it. (Not always taking at the same time, missing pills, etc.) also, I have not had withdrawal bleeding at all since stopping the pills a week ago, does anyone know WHY? According to glow, I am on my FIFTH fertile day out of 7 days today, and yesterday I had a 15% chance of becoming pregnant, 27% today (Sunday), and 33% tomorrow. I've had unprotected sex with my boyfriend 6 times so far this week (or even more as we BD more than once a day).. Also I am under 20 years old.. Should I CONCIEVE quickly ? Or any advice (any is appreciated) ☺️
