Red Bumps on Face
My 3 week old son has red bumps on his face. They look like mini pimples, and it has me really worried. My husband and I have stopped kissing his face, and we don't allow others to kiss his face either. I wash his face with a tepid washcloth every night and they won't go away. Anyone have any idea if this is normal and how to get rid of them?
