Ok I've never had/noticed any cramps  besides when I'm on my period. This month I've had mild cramps in the same spot as period cramps. Not as severe and don't last longer then a few mins off and on 3 days now. I read that when you ovulate there can be cramping. Now my question is this. Is it normal to cramp during ovulation, when the "ovulation cramps" never happened before? Why now?
